How her journey started
“Moving to Singapore was a life-changing decision but the best decision for me!”
Our chef Vishaha’s journey starts she was looking to explore the food business. She was in the education sector for a long time after which she started working in hospitality industry n as facilitator in Hotel Management School for almost 18 years.
Soon, she realised it was time for her to settle and complete her family and so she decided to move to Singapore. Here she started her very own business “From the pan” where she spends her time cooking and doing what she has always loved.
Her specialities and Favourite dishes
She cooks delicious Sabudana Vada – an Indian dish that is usually paired with chutney or sweet yoghurt.
