How his journey started
Our chef Tony is a foodie and believes in eating & providing healthy food to the community. He began Ferment & Co with a mission to share a fresh, delicious, authentic, handcrafted small-batch fermented food using the finest natural ingredients. They aim to be a leading pioneer in the fermented foods category in Singapore.
He says, “I enjoy eating healthy and fresh probiotic food like kimchi, tempeh and tempeh chips. My kimchi is made using the Korean traditional method and curated by Koreans staying in Singapore. Kimchi is very nutritious, containing more than 10 types of vegetables/ fruits in them and filled with protein, carbohydrate, vitamin C, B, D, E, potassium, and many other. And my non- GMO organic tempeh/tempeh chips are fermented and produced locally in Singapore for freshness and crispiness too. Money-back guaranteed.
