In this section, we are going to cover yet another story of a passionate home chef Puja.

How her journey started
I started with food express during Covid-19. I initially started with serving patients during covid and then came up with the idea of starting a home-based cooking business. I decided to provide home-cooked food where people can enjoy it without worrying about their health since it is healthy and hygienic as compared to any restaurant or shop or ready to eat mixes.
Food express serves a variety of dishes from dry and gravy curries to snacks to meals, etc. I cook them fresh on order so that all the nutrients are present in the food. I do not prefer serving stale food to anyone so I make sure the food is made on time and delivered on time too.
Her Speciality and favourites
I cook a variety of cuisines like North Indian, Punjabi tadka but the customer’s favourite has always been Shahi Paneer and Chole Bhature or Puri. Repeated customers always order these two dishes for their meals.
