In this section, we are going to cover yet another story of a passionate home chef, Nadd.
How her journey started
My baking journey started because of my sister who is an absolute lover of desserts. I have always been crazy about making new desserts for her and then one day a thought struck my mind, “why not share the delicious desserts with everyone?”.
The journey with kueh kakak you, mak tolong has been extremely incredible! My younger sister came up with the name which directly translates not only to, “Your sister’s kuih, helped by mom,” but also how our creampuffs are made! By me and my sister, with the help of our mother.
Her specialities and Favourite dishes
Our specialities are eclairs filled with custards and chocolate glaze on top. We also have bread with garlic and cream cheese, sugar glazed pastry shells filled in pure Nutella and topping of your choice which include pistachio lotus biscoff crumbles.
We also have Custard filled creampuffs which is the new favourite of our customers.
