Meet Our Home Chef: Jolyn

In this section, we are going to cover yet another story of a passionate home chef Jolyn.

How her journey started

My cooking journey started due to my love for food. I am a big foodie, so I love experimenting and trying new cuisines and dishes. I have a very curious taste bud that is always out for something new and interesting. I would occasionally go out to try out different cuisines to fulfil my thirst for something new.

On one of my adventures, I decided to start my own bakery so that I can introduce people to better dessert combinations from all over the world. Desserts are my absolute favourite and one of the reasons why I became a home-baker.

Since I love experimenting with food and try out new dishes, I am always on the lookout for new bakes to try that is not quite common in Singapore. I source new recipes with a mix of my own variation to create a delicious treat for everyone. I am a home baker that is passionate about serving and leaving an impact on people’s tummy. Her Speciality and favourites

Our customer favourite is our Lemon Loaf and Tiramisu Basque Burnt Cheesecake. I have received repeated orders from the same customers again and again for these two plus they never get tired of eating these desserts.
