How her journey started
She says, “I started cooking when I was living alone and studying overseas, mainly out of interest and to lose weight. Cooking for me has always been about health. I was always conscious about my meals due to health issues that have plagued me my entire life.
My cooking has become plant-based and gluten-free over the past 2 years. I am open to experimenting and cooking many types of cuisine, and adapting them to fit my health objectives — you can say that I “specialise” in sourcing and transforming recipes to make them plant-based and gluten-free.”
