In this section, we are going to cover yet another story of a passionate home chef Ashray.

How his journey started

Our chef Ashray was a former chef in a hotel he built himself. In his own hotel, he would cook and serve his guest the most tasteful and flavoursome dishes. Everything was going well, his customers were more than happy and loyal until Covid-19.

Due to lockdown, he suffered a great amount of loss and so he had to let go of his hotel. He missed cooking and serving people while the lockdown and was looking for some alternative. That is when the thought occurred to him, why do I need a hotel to serve my customers when I have got a beautiful kitchen right at home?

With all his confidence and hard work, he started DNA home food, a home-based kitchen from where he can cook for his customers. His business took off so well that now he doesn’t even feel the need to have a hotel to serve customers.

One of the things that chef Ashray values the most is cleanliness. He makes sure that the surrounding and the kitchen is highly clean while cooking.

His speciality and favourites

We have a wide variety of dishes that we serve to our customers. Most of them prefer our breakfast menu and repeatedly order them on daily basis.
