In this section, we are going to cover yet another story of a passionate home chef, Yenny.

How her journey started

She says, “My baking journey began during the lockdown phase in Singapore in the month of April. During these challenging days, I tried to make my self cheerful & happy by doing daily home exercises to keep myself healthy and fit.

I had friends from abroad who were constantly struggling with mental anguish and anxiety just like me, due to the frustration from covid-19.
But then I thought I could do something more than just exercises to keep myself busy and joyful, so I decided to start baking.

I started my baking journey by the 3rd quarter of 2020 and to my surprise, the whole baking idea took flight. Even during these tough times what kept me going is the infinite break-throughs you can achieve with Macarons.”

Her specialities and Favourite dishes

There are a plethora of flavours that match well with floral, fruity flavoured shells, hence Artisan 👩‍🎨 Macarons evolved to satisfy every Macaron Lover’s taste palate. Till date, she sold about 5000+ Macarons through word of mouth and referrals. The premium & fresh ingredients are key to signature crunchy first bite with chewy fillings texture. The most popular requests are the French Macarons with Italian Meringue 🥰
