How his journey started
Our culture is our identity. We distinguish ourselves from others based on our cultural difference. In these fast times, we are losing connection with our roots quickly.
Our Chef Shafudin believes that in today’s world, a lot of people are forgetting about their culture/heritage. In a battle to preserve the Malay Heritage, our chef has decided to cook and share the traditional dishes from Malay cuisine. It was his lifelong dream of conserving traditional Malay cuisine. So one day, he decided to open up a food stand combining this simple menu. His customers loved his food and kept coming back for more..
He believes in the concept of Less is More, price is what you pay & value is what you get.
His specialities and Favourite dishes
He inherited the satay recipe from a satay master. After his practice, he added a few changes to it and it turned out to be even tastier. The same goes with the pisang goreng, it comes with our signature dip – The sambal kicap pedas.
Our customers favourite dish is Satay Cup Gemuk & Pisang Nuggets with Sambal Kicap Pedas.
